No Returns or Refunds Policy
Pretty Princess & Posh Prince does not accept returns for any reason. We do not offer refunds except in cases of damaged items as outlined below.
Custom Made to Order - No Cancellations
All tiaras and accessories are custom made to order. We do not offer order cancellations once your order has been placed, as work begins immediately on your handcrafted piece.
Damaged or Lost Items Only
Refunds are provided only for:
- Items damaged during shipping transit
- Items lost during shipping transit
Damage/Loss Claims Process
If your royal treasure arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the package showing delivered
- Include your order number and description of the issue
- Provide clear photos of damaged items (if applicable)
- Include tracking information
Resolution Process
We will work directly with you and the shipping carrier to:
- Locate lost packages
- File damage claims with carriers
- Provide reimbursement for verified damaged or lost items
