Each piece is lovingly handcrafted to order in our royal workshop. Please allow 3-9 business days for order processing and creation of your custom treasure. Shipping Time Once your royal creation is complete, orders ship within 1-3 business days via our trusted courier services. Total Timeline: 4-12 business days from order placement to departure from our kingdom.
Safety Disclaimer: Our handcrafted accessories are designed for decorative use only. They are not toys and may contain small parts, wire, and rhinestones that could pose a choking hazard. Not intended for children under 14 without adult supervision. Please keep out of reach of young children and pets without adult supervision. By purchasing, you acknowledge that Pretty Princess and Posh Prince is not responsible for the misuse of the product.

Package Insurance
We offer ROUTE insurance for our packages. You MUST select the ROUTE insurance when making your purchase for this to be applied to your order. Once your order is shipped, Pretty Princess and Posh Prince is not responsible for your package, and that is where the ROUTE insurance would protect your purchase. While we will be happy to help guide you through the process, you must work directly with ROUTE for any lost/stolen package claims.

Carrier Responsibility - Once your treasures leave Pretty Princess & Posh Prince and are entrusted to our shipping partners, we are not responsible for: Carrier delays beyond estimated delivery times Lost or stolen packages Weather-related shipping delays Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
Order Accuracy - Please carefully review your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking Information - You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please monitor your package's progress and contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
Damaged Packages - If your royal treasures arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
